SHIPPING


When will my order ship?

+ After the preorder timeframe ends please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your order.  We make an effort to fulfill every order as soon as possible. 


Do you offer overnight or expedited shipping?

+Not at this time.


How are items shipped?

+Items are currently shipped via USPS first class uninsured.


Where does Essentially East ship to?

+We are currently only shipping domestically.


What are the shipping costs?

+Shipping will be determined based on your location.


How do I know the status of my order?

+You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order.  After your order is shipped you will receive a USPS tracking number.  You can then use this tracking number to track your package at usps.com


RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns.  Exchanges can only be made if the item you purchased is defective or does not fit. If you receive a defective item or an item that does not fit - please contact us at essentially.east@gmail.com with details of the product and why you would like to exchange it.  Exchanges must be approved and must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being deodorant, make-up, smoke and damage free.
